I've been ranting a lot lately, Strider. It seems when I hurt more I am more outspoken about everything, but this election will decide about how the government will work until I die, probably, so I'm keenly interested in the issues. Thanks for keeping my thinking cap at a sharp point.

Talk Talk Talk. They all talk, but nothing is changing. I'm less than 18 months from being 60 years old. I've heard politicians trashing each other for decades they lie to themselves, to the people, to each other. In one year they get paid more than most of us will see in our lifetimes. Not one of them gives a damn about the poor people of this country, much less the rest of the world, no matter what they say. They are talking about making environmental changes in ten years that should have been made years ago.They all make empty threats and hollow promises, kowtow to big money and the American Rifle Association. (Okay, guns are legal now. How about making possession of ammo illegal?)

They still make shady deals in smoke filled back rooms. (they brought back cigars, just as carcinogenic as cigarettes, to show off their teeny penis size for all the world to see)

I figure OBAMA is our last hope.

McCain? From the party that brought us Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagon, and TWO versions of George Bush, the older far more decent a human being than the megalomaniacal son. I don't think so. Remember the Bill of Rights, folks? I want it back!


If he loses, we will have social misfits and and bad people (who chant morals but have no ethics) in public offices. It all stinks to high heaves and I'm sick unto death of it.
