I'm just back from physio to loosen my frozen shoulder. My therapist is soooo gentle. (physiotherapist I mean). And the feeling is coming back into my hand - yay! It had been numb for the past month due to nerve injury.
The freaky yahoo neighbors are moving out - yippee! My son, soldierguy is looking to move out soon, so I'll phone the owner, who I have met when he lived there. Now, you may think "do you really want your kid living right across the street and does he want that?" But if I can get a decent rent negotiated and... I do have a broken arm and.... his roommate-to-be is a good guy and very helpful....I'm going to work on this! Soldierguy comes home this evening so if I'm really tough and mean, he'll be sure to see things my way - haha!
Now that I'm feeling better, I'm enjoying my semi-crippled state. Get to do all sorts of 1-armed things that previously I could only dream about: chit chat, computer play, teaching my chinese student how to make cookies, and did I mention my digerreedoo.... All without the time-stress that becomes so part of lifef without you realizing it. This is living off the clock and it's all good. No need to be a workaholic task-monkey.
Time to finish making my G Campbell dartboard!
