How Sweet it Is !!!!!
I brought up a bag of sugar from our basement my wife wanted and it had gotten hard so she was tediously chopping away at it with a knife and spoon . After getting almost nowhere, she went upstirs to rest.
I figured I'd surprise her by breaking up the sugar so I poured the bag in a big pot and covered it and heated it. About 15 minutes later, I uncovered the pot to see the sugar had all melted into a glob of sweet syrup. ....OOPS.
