I had double inguinal laproscopic hernia surgery last week. Say that three times fast. I'm walking ok but my surgeon said to hold off on Bungeee jumping, figure skating and bowling for a few weeks. I guess that rules out trampoline jumping, doing cart wheels, and mud wrestling too.
