Ah, spring has arrived and as usual I have retreated into my hermit-like state and been as anti-social as ever. To make matters worse I’ve noticed that I have managed to gain about 5lbs over the last few weeks….great. Just what a girl who hates her body enough as it is really needs - more weight.

How bad? Well, I had the chance to go diving with a friend last weekend and I didn’t want to go…so I rescheduled. And I bailed on a friend’s housewarming party.

Oh, and work – which had me ecstatically happy the last few months has taken a weird turn. It’s a convoluted long story and to make things short we have been put on “extended” hiatus until the higher-ups hash out the problems on a show that is grossly over budget. So I haven’t been working for the last 3 weeks and I’ve JUST gotten back to work this week. But don’t get too happy for me just yet. Things have not changed in the last 3 weeks, so I’ll only be here for about 2 weeks and then it’s another “hiatus”……

I fucking hate spring.
