For all of you that didn't see the e-mail I sent them here it is:
I would like to start by saying you guys make some awesome creamer...do you know what's even more awesome? Being able to open the lid to get to the creamer. You have recently added a new lid and replaced the foil on the lid with plastic. I absolutely love the foil replacement, the new lid, not so great. Shuffling into the kitchen in the morning I do not wish to have a three minute wrestling match with my creamer lid. If you would just put the lip of the lid back on it would be grand. Thanks so much-your very annoyed but loyal customers.
