First off, I would like to reminise about my personal experience of what I remember of Michael McGee Jr.'s father (Michael McGee) who running about with what was called The Black Panther Mulisha...or so I heard anyways (don't quote me on this). I read the news of his father and a group of the Mulisha, once had tipped over a police car here in Milwaukee (this is why I posted the previous article about McGree Jr. because of the stories I heard and because I live here, etc.). Also, my ex-boyfriend's friend's father (once again, I might be confusing you. lol!) was once friends with the original Michael McGee (not Junior who is being convicted for these charges now). I don't really remember why they had decided to call their friendship quits, but regardless, their relationship afterwards, was not too pretty.
 
You see, I once had a side job (along with my full-time job at the time) for McGee Senior's ex-friend (I think his name was Mike Brown), making activist signs by hand for him. He developed a group called The Christian Civil Liberty Union (don't know if that exsists anymore) back in the late 1980's for a short time.
 
Well, Mr. Brown tried to enter a meeting that the Mulisha was having and the Mulisha apparently stated that everyone was welcome. So Mr. Brown decides to show up and was denied access to the meeting and Mr. Brown claimed that the reason why he wasn't allowed to enter the meeting was because he was a white person. Then he proceeded to claim that the men that didn't allow him to enter, hurt him. So here you have Mr. Brown showing himself faking a neck injury and on the ground. I saw this footage by the way. The men that he claimed had injured him, had said that Mr. Brown was drunk (because McGee Senior knew that Mr. Brown used to be a raging alcoholic). Just for the record, at that time Mr. Brown had been sober for many years at the time. So I quit the side job not too long after. Just too much for me. I don't think I have ever posted this in a blog before. hmmmmm....

So on with my thoughts which will probably be shorter than my explanation....McGee Jr. is facing up to 30 years in prision for these charges against him. He is also scheduled to go on trial for seperate state charges next month some time. I actually feel that Michael McGee Jr. is guilty of these charges even though I have not really kept up to date with the trial. I'ts sad to say because I am actually being judgemental because of the things I heard and saw from his father McGee Senior back in the late 1980's.
 
Also, I guess that the jury that convicted him, was mostly all white. So I see this to be a racial issue in the near future, and possible riot? I am just tired of people making something out to be a racial thing, when in fact, it might not be. I'm not saying that it is, and I am not saying that it isn't. I have no clue what the jury was thinking. Hell, my best friend thinks he is completely guilty of all charges. She even says that there is no rasiscist thing about it.
 
But anyways, those are my thoughts....
