Crappy Birthday to Me ...

Yesterday was my birthday. At the beginning of the day I always feel down, somewhat depressed. My best friend could tell right off. He asked me what was up. But I didn't know how to explain my feelings to him because I didn't even know how I was feeling! It's so odd. Just one question kept running through my head. Why does the celebration always elude me? Is it because I am getting older? Because if this is so, then I will probably be suicidal by 50!
