I really enjoy Inside the Actors Studio with James Lipton. He is so corny, nerdy and adoring of his guests, plus I love the way he interviews them. More about what makes them great actors and less about their personal life.

James Lipton asks all of his guests the same ten questions. This is my favorite part of the show. I was watching an episode last night with Robin Williams and I figured I would answer the questions. Here we go.

1) What is your favorite word?
Thank you.

2) What is your least favorite word?
Stupid.

3) What turns you on [creatively, spiritually or emotionally]?
The sound of silence.

4) What turns you off?
Hate in any form.

5) What is your favorite curse word?
Well, I will go with a classic. shit. I stay away from using the bigger and badder curse words.

6) What sound or noise do you love?
The water, in particular waves crashing against the shore.

7) What sound or noise do you hate?
So many, but I will go with cutlery scraping on a plate making a screeching noise. Man, learn how to use some utensils…please!. I also really dislike when people use the word like repeatedly within the same sentence.

8) What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
A teacher.

9) What profession would you not like to do?
I would probably say anything having to do with seeing people in pain, or being around blood. That might explain why I didn't follow my mother and sister into a career in nursing.

10) If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
