I Sometimes Like To Just Watch People And Often Times, I Just Have To Wonder, Where Is The Love That Jesus Taught Us To Have For Each Other?
So Much Hate, And Prejudice, And Judgement Going On. I Mean Sure, Those Words In The Bible Seem Written So Very Long Ago, But They Are Eternal And These Are The Days That We Should Follow Them The Most. This Time, During High Crime, High Gas Prices And Falling Economies,These Very Stressful Times. I Have To Wonder What Would Happen If More People Showed Love For Each Other. What Would Happen If People Served Each Other Instead Of Themselves? Would That Lead To More Humility, And Less Selfishness And Stress?
I Wonder How A Man Or A Woman Can Be Judged And Looked At Differently Than Anyone Else Just Because Of The Color Of Their Skin, Or How Much Money They Make, Or Where They Originate From.
Let's Break Down These People. Say We take A White Man, A Black Man, A Hispanic, A Woman, Someone Of Eastern Nationality. HMMMMM< Let's See...Skin, Hair, Arms, Legs, Brain, Heart, Blood( Note Red Blood In All Of Them), The Only Thing Different Is The Color Of Their Skin, Their Language May Be Different, Financial Differences Perhaps, And Even Religious Differences. If We Seperate All Of the Differences, We Can See That We Are All The Same....And Surprise... We Were All Created By GOD To Be Equal.
We Were All Molded From The Same Earth, That The Same God Created, And The Same Breath Of Life We Breathe Everyday Was Giving to All of Us By GOD. I Think People Forget That GOD's Love Is Unconditional. The Reason People Have Different Beliefs Is Because Gos Gives us Free Will To Choose To Believe In Him, Or Not Too. In The End Though, It Is Up To Him To Judge, Not Us, And We Too Will Be Judged By God, Especially If We Judge Others.
Love Is An Awesome Thing. The Power Of True Love Can Change A Bad Day For Someone Who May Be Sad, Angry, Mad, Or Even Lonely. Selfishness Kills Relationships, It Steals Love, And It Hurts Those We Love. Maybe If People Helped Each Other, Held Someone Who Was Weak, Lifted Someone Who Was Down, Told Someone Who Was Lonely That They Are Not Alone, Just Maybe We Could All Make the World A Better Place. I Am Not Perfect, Neither Is Anyone Else For That Matter, So What Gives Any Of Us the Right To Judge, Or Act Better Than Anyone Else? NOTHING DOES!
I Have Been searching For So Long To Find The Meaning Of True Love, And I Found The Only Source Is Written In GOD's Words. True Love Comes From Serving Others...After All, Jesus Did Leave Us With An Example...Shortly Before He Was Crucified, He Washed The Feet Of His Disciples...Think About It... The Son Of God, The Very Creator In The Flesh Took Off His Robe And Put Himself Into The Role Of A Servant, And Washed The Dirt Off Of The Feet Of His Students, His Very Own Beloved Friends...If That Isn't An Example Worth Applying Then I Don't Know What Is.
I Think It Is Funny How, When You Hold The Door For Someoene, Or Offer To Help Someone, Or Compliment Someone, Or Even Just Wish Some Stranger To Have A Nice Day, They Do Not Know How To React To That Kind Of Kindness. And Those Actions Are Just Simple Little Actions. Imagine How Much More Valuable Someone Would Feel If You Spent A Moment Of Your Time With The Lonely, Helped The Poor, Loved The Seemingly Unloved...Just Imagine...
