No... my admiration remains -- especially after this list: Prokofiev & Shostakovich, Bartok (I finally warmed to him)& Stravinsky, Gershwin & Copland, At the moment we're going through Bach's complete works -- makes me a little cross to realise how few are ever played on radios and in concerts -- and always the same ones. Some of his works are positively Mozartean, and there are even some in which he is decidedly funny.
