i. Seascape, Early
The morning was unusually clear, and the still-risen moon turned the ship's wake into white crystals on the midnight sea. Up in the crow's nest, a half-conscious sailor could have been witness to one of the grandest views over. However, stupor held sway, and there was none to marvel at the glorious dawn.
ii. Bay, Haiku
Come in, ships of mist,
and settle in the bay
in somber autumn.
iii. Seascape, Dusk
The setting sun lit the waters, transforming them to gold and blood-red flames. The waves that broke upon the prow were crimson tides; their spray, orange diamonds.
