WELL, I WENT TO MY 3 MONTH CHECKUP YESTERDAY. MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS ARE OK. BUT, THE DOC PUT ME ON ANOTHER PILL. THIS ONE IS TO PREVENT OR DELAY ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS UNTIL I AM MUCH OLDER. I GUESS I SHOULD BE GLAD. ITS STILL A LITTLE SCARY TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH RIGHT NOW. I JUST FOUND OUT I AM DIABETIC LAST SEPTEMBER, SO I AM STILL NEW TO ALL THIS.I AM TRYING TO BE AS PROACTIVE AS I CAN IN MY HEALTH CARE. I WILL BE POSTING UPDATES AS I CAN ABOUT MY DIABETES SITUATION. KEEP COMING BACK. I WILL BE WALKING MORE WHEN THE COLD WEATHER FINALLY GOES AWAY. THAT SHOULD HELP WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS.
