My beautiful sister-in-law emailed me with a request. My brother has been nominated for an award sponsored by CNN in Mexico and we need all the votes we can get. You can give a fake name and email address; just VOTE.

I cannot put his name on my blog because if he EVER finds out that I am shamelessly pandering on MyBloggers.com, he would KILL me...LOL!

The award is for young Mexicans who have demonstrated creativity and talent in the professional world. My brother is 38 years old and an AWESOME attorney. He gave up a lucrative practice in the private sector to follow my family/clan's footsteps in the rough-n-tumble world of Mexican politics and public service. For the last four years he has been the head of the Mexican IRS; he is a tax attorney. My brother graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico where he studied law and received a Fulbright Scholarship (Fulbright Garcia-Robles, in Mexico) to pursue his Masters degree in Law (LLM) at Harvard. He graduated with top honors.

I realize that this is shameless pandering from a sister but heck, he is my brother and I think the world of him.

Vote for my brother and I will clean your house with a hairnet, walk your dog, cook, mow your lawn, do your laundry, paint your rooms, use your power tools to complete all your household projects, put your garbage out for a month, color coordinate your wardrobe, coordinate your socks, gas up your cars on my dime, buzz your head, write letters and letters and letters to your exs on your behalf, stand in line for you at the movies, Walmart, etc.
