Nobody is Here

Nobody listens to a nobody do they? Sometimes I want to scream, "I am here, I am alive, I matter" but am glad I do not. The fact is I do not matter. Humans merely use each other to survive. What about love you say? I think it may be real, love that is, but not in the way I see people using it. Have you ever known someone who had their face beaten to the point where they looked like a rotten piece of fruit, and when asked why don't they leave, "Because I love him" is the reply? What the hell is that? What about the poem that begins, Love is not... that attempts to explain love; If the poem is right, as evidenced by worldly actions, there is not love. No, I do not understand the word love as it is portrayed in movies, or in my world. If there was a church of love, I would not be invited in.

Church in general is an entity that perplexes me. To become a member you must believe exactly as their orders specify, but two people cannot share the exact same idea of a God. Have you ever studied churchly beliefs? We have tainted, no destroyed, the idea of what love, and God are. If I strive to be just, and treat everyone I meet justly, causing no harm to life, do I love? I would say no, I do not love, I am just, just. Being just is attainable, although ever-changing. I believe in an idea of a just world. Would you say that is love? God? From where did my idea of justness spring? Love? God?

I am nobody, I do not matter. I am glad that I do not matter. I am not good. You are not good. We do not do good things. Stop thinking you do nice things for others, or tell people they did a nice or good thing. Being good is unattainable. It is not being good when you do the just thing, it is simply just. When you think a just act is a nice/good act you are confused. Do not puff yourselves up. Do not give a hungry man a slice of bread from your loaf then stand to receive your accolades. Give them half your loaf, and be satisfied that your act was just. When you say, "that was nice of you," you have eliminated the expectation of how we are to conduct ourselves.

I am nobody. "Just be Just"
