Don't be afraid to open a shelter or home to house your city's homeless folks. The Federal Government gives funds according to the number of bodies counted. The more bodies, ie. homeless people, the more federal dollars to cover your city' costs. Once you get the hang of it, housing the homeless folks, you will notice more benefits than negatives. For instance, Sacramento would have to re-districted and more than likely will need more representation due to the overflowing of folks coming to Sacramento for shelter. It is a business, but someone has to do it. It might as well start in your city Sir!
Itstead of picking up cans and bottles out of the trash, people could get cash for recycling homeless folks @ 300.00 per head more or less!!!!! Mayor Johnson, note: for every homeless person you recruit and set back into society renewed & ready to employ, the Federal Government will give you a 3000.00 credit to help your cause further along.
